Researcher since 2012 at the Department of Architecture of Roma Tre University, where he teaches Appraisal in Urban and Architectural Design Courses. He graduated in Architecture in 2004 with a thesis in appraisal at the University of Rome La Sapienza, and he received, at the same university a Master in “Evaluation of Project’s Feasibility” and the PhD in Urban Redevelopment. He has participated in numerous research activities with the Division of Project and Real Estate Economic Evaluation of CAVEA Department – University of Rome La Sapienza, including two scientific research programs of national interest (PRIN), financed by the Italian Ministry of University and Research.
From 2006 to 2011 he was Adjunct Professor in the Modules of Appraisal in Laboratories of Urban Design and Architectural Design at La Sapienza University of Rome – Faculty of Architecture, and he was a member of the didactic structure of the course entitled “Methods and Techniques of Evaluation” at the fifth year of the Degree in Architecture.
In 2012 he won the selection for a research grant entitled “Environment and Landscape: innovative elements for estimating the Total Economic Value”, at La Sapienza University of Rome.
From 2012 he collaborates in the Experimental Laboratory of Civic Appraisal, planning and carrying out experiment of deliberative evaluation procedures in order to measure the social appreciation of a community towards projects, plans and programs. He is member of the interdisciplinary research group of Roma Tre, “Cohousing: programming methods and tools”, and member of the Scientific Committee of the days of Studies entitled “Architetture al Cubo”.
From 2015 he is delegated by the Department of Architecture in the working group for the students University Orientation (GLOA).
He is member of Ce.S.E.T. (Study Centre of Evaluation and Territorial Economics) and speaker in national and international conferences and seminars; he is author of several publications.
