Short Course su Project Management

I Collegi didattici del DIIEM organizzano uno short course sul Project Management che si terrà nella settimana dal 9 al 13 maggio 2022.
 
Il corso sarà tenuto in lingua inglese dalla Prof.ssa Itziar Goicoechea, dell'Università di Vigo (Spagna). Avrà un taglio applicativo ed utilizzerà il SW MS Project la cui licenza verrà messa a disposizione degli studenti che frequenteranno il corso per l’installazione sui propri laptop.
 
Il corso si svolgerà su 4 giornate e si articolerà su tre tematiche:

1.  Theory of PMBOK, Life cycle of the project and WBS (using a free software that export WBS to MsProject) and start using MsProject, explaining with an example by hand and with the software the base of MsProject (Critical Path Methodology);
2. all about how to create your theoretical planning (Baseline of the project);
3. all about how to track a Project (using tracking Gantt and, earned value methodology).
