Programma

The course includes ex cathedra lectures, classroom exercises, and thematic sessions focused on building products and components.
Design exercises will be based on a case study selected by the student in agreement with the instructor, allowing for the analysis of construction technique evolution and comparison with current practices.

Attendance is mandatory, as each class includes input from the instructor or invited experts, followed by hands-on work in the classroom.

Modalità Valutazione

The final exam will consist of a presentation of the analyzed project, with a focus on differences from current construction methods, and a critical discussion aimed at proposing either a conservation strategy or a functional adaptation in line with current regulatory requirements.
